What is it?

PCO stands for public carriage operator (which includes companies like Uber, Bolt, Ola & Free Now).

PHV stands for Private Hire Vehicle (the vehicle licence).

Who is it for?

Having a PHV (and a licence and badge) means you can earn a good
living from being a private hire driver. This includes Uber, Bolt, Ola and Free Now drivers.
